How to Get A Two-Year-Old to Sit Still

My Grandma's playdough recipe!

Gavin helped me make it...
And then he played...
and played...
and played!
WooHoo!
So, here you go, I'll share the joy!

Grandma's Playdough
1 cup flour
1 cup water
1/2 cup salt
2 teaspoons cream of tartar
2 tablespoons cooking oil
food coloring

Cook until thick, then kneed until mixed.
Store in a ziplock bag.

P.S. Due to the high salt content, children often take one bite and then never take a second one! :)

Thanks for sharing! Will definitely try this, as Logan will be needing some entertainment in the next few weeks.

That seriously is the best play-dough recipe. My kids love it, and it stays soft for a long time. How did you get yours to be such a nice bright color? Mine is always very pale.
